Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

Our Position

Ingenium Vector does not sell your personal information. I don't provide your data to third parties in exchange for money, and I don't share it with advertising or analytics partners.

Our website analytics run on Umami, a privacy-first tool that we self-host on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and sends nothing to Google, Microsoft, or any third-party advertising or analytics network. Because no personal information is shared or sold, the "sale" and "sharing" definitions under California law do not apply to how we use analytics.

What We Collect

Our self-hosted analytics collects a small amount of aggregate, non-identifying information about your visit:

  • • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • • General location (country level, derived from your IP address, which is not stored)
  • • Pages visited and time spent
  • • Which links and buttons you click

This data stays on our own server. We do not share it with any third party, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information through analytics. We no longer use session recording, so we do not capture mouse movements or the contents of what you view.

Your Right to Opt Out

California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Option 1: Nothing to Disable

Our analytics sets no cookies and shares nothing with third parties, so there is no tracking to switch off. There is nothing here to opt out of. If you would still like us to take extra steps, use Global Privacy Control or contact us below.

Option 2: Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat this as an opt-out request.

Browsers with GPC support: Firefox (with Privacy Badger), Brave, DuckDuckGo browser

Option 3: Contact Us

Email privacy@ingeniumvector.com with subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request" and we will process your request within 15 business days.

What Happens After You Opt Out

After opting out:

  • • We honor your request and take any further steps you ask for
  • • Your experience on our website will not change
  • • You can still use all features of our site
  • • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

Note: Because our analytics is already cookieless and self-hosted, there is nothing stored on your device to clear. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically on every visit.

Other California Privacy Rights

In addition to opting out of data sharing, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it's used
  • Delete personal information we've collected
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect sensitive PI)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ingeniumvector.com or see our Privacy Policy.
